Depending on the size of the congregation and what is expected, it can vary from about 48k-85K plus some congregations give housing allowances as they do their rabbis, plus they give you medical, dental and life insurance benefits. Again with any employers benefits can vary. Also your experience level can play a large role on starting salary. Hope this helps. Shalom
